So glad I went with Steve and his team and only wish I had done so from the beginning. I was required to complete a refinance as part of a divorce settlement which should have been very straightforward. Initially I went with the company that was actively servicing my mortgage as I assumed they would be the easiest path forward. I couldn't have been more wrong. They failed to close five times! STOP! READ THIS REVIEW! Steve Walsh and his entire team had my interests 100%! They actually SAVED me $49,000! Yes, $49,000. Once their appraisal was completed it showed lower to comps in the area. The team went to bat for me and got the seller down $49,000 from asking price! Yes $49,000! Most paperwork was down online and at closing the notary met me at the house with only minimal papers to sign. They set me up with the appraiser, surveyor, Insurance surveyor and home owners /flood insurance. Everything was explained thoroughly step by step. From beginning to end was about 30 days! Steve has been phenomenal. My budget wasn't super high but he treated me like I had a million dollar budget! He was very attentive to answering questions and never treated me like any of my questions were dumb. (even though they probably were) He got me to the closing table in roughly one month which is insane fast! He has the expertise and years of experience to tell you if you need to wait to buy to save more money or you can go ahead with your purchase. I have other friends that closed recently with other companies. They had a nightmare of a house buying process with people that were in it just to make a buck and were not forthcoming with information that was important until the last minute. So there were constant little last minute "fires" to put out... it made for a horrible experience. With Steve, it's smooth sailing! He has everything lined up for you and he is very honest about what you need so you don't have emergencies later. Thank you a million times over Steve you are an absolute gem!
